FOUNDERS
Ton is a movement designer (choreographer) mainly for all kinds of dance. He has more than 35 Years experience in dancing and has developed THE G.E.M. METHOD. This method gives you the tools to analyze movements and develop your own style and personality inside your performance.
He worked for many years at the Beijing dance academy, 3 years in the Ukrain for So You Think You Can Dance and he is main choreographer for Formation DueTeam Perm Russian federation. In the ballroom world he has produced many world champions in the amateur and professional section from different dance organisations. And he has made 7 CDs under the name Rhythm to result.
THE G.E.M. METHOD
Loek (owner of Ultra IT) is working more than 30 years in the ICT and during this time he acquired a lot of experience. Beside developer, Loek fulfilled the role of architect, lead developer and coach in several projects in many different companies.
Loek has a lot of experience in creating impact analyses and functional/technical designs. He fulfilled these roles successfully and he is extremely appreciated by everyone because of his knowledge, commitment and communicative skills. Moreover Loek provided significant and substantive input in all development phases.
In the area of software architecture, design, construction and implementation Loek has gained a lot of experience in the delivery of a number of large projects, among others at CBS Statistics Netherlands, ABN AMRO Bank Global Clearing, Fimatex Société Générale, Dynafix, Frans Maas, DSM and Clerical Medical (Hbos Group Maastricht).
